After graduating from high school, Dr. Bartley attended Yale University and attended the University of Miami School of Medicine, and was accepted to his first choice for residency - the top OB/GYN program at the time.As a resident, Dr. Bartley quickly distinguished himself earning the nickname "the man with the golden hands" due to his surgical talent. He over sees all of our patients and procedures.

Pam is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 29 years of experience as a registered nurse. She specializes in full-face rejuvenation, offering expert injections for the lips, cheeks, jawline, and more. Pam also provides IV hydration therapy, pellet hormone replacement, and serves as a trusted resource for sexual wellness for both men and women. Her approach is rooted in safety, education, and helping clients feel confident, balanced, and restored.

Julianna works to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating the team to making sure clients have the best experience possible, Julianna handles the day-to-day details that help the spa thrive. With a strong background in business and a love for the beauty and wellness industry, she is passionate about creating a space where clients feel cared for and the team feels supported. 

With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, she has been part of Silk & Co since the very beginning. Her passion for nursing is rooted in a desire to change lives, and she quickly found a calling in aesthetics—where artistry, education, and patient empowerment come together. She is committed to creating natural, confidence-building results and ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and cared for.​

Alex has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years working in the operating room in various specialties. He has a passion for the body building industry and winning many events himself. He wanted to pursue aesthetics to tie into his health and wellness coaching.

Alex has been nurse for about 10 years on various acute care units in the hospital. She loves aesthetics and loves the way some of these treatments have made her feel! She decided to take a leap of faith and expand her nursing skills doing something completely different. Ever since, she found a true passion in helping others achieve their aesthetic goals.

Vanessa has been nurse for 17 years. She loves the world of aesthetics and she decided to start and learn with Silk & Co. She is now accepting clients for injectable services!

With their careers always being focused on health and wellness its no surprise that they are apart of our team. With 25+ years in the medical field they offer injectable HRT to ensure you are feeling your best. 

Cecilia is one of our estheticians who loves and knows all things about skin. From services to products she will ensure your treatments and products are catered to you. She is our brow permanent makeup artist and specializes in nano machine hair strokes and shading. 

Jazmine is one of our estheticians and lash artist. She got into the field for her love of lashes. She is a master with lashes and creating the perfect set for you. She also offers all other esthetician services.

Ashley is one of our newer estheticians but not new to the field. She has been an esthetician for 14 years and owned her own business for 7 years. She does majority of our services including microneedling, chemical peels and laser services.
