Jeremiah Bartley MD

After graduating from high school, Dr. Bartley attended Yale University and attended the University of Miami School of Medicine, and was accepted to his first choice for residency - the top OB/GYN program at the time.As a resident, Dr. Bartley quickly distinguished himself earning the nickname "the man with the golden hands" due to his surgical talent. He over sees all of our patients and procedures.

Pamela Hernandez FNP-C, MSN

Pam is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 29 years of experience as a registered nurse. She specializes in full-face rejuvenation, offering expert injections for the lips, cheeks, jawline, and more. Pam also provides IV hydration therapy, pellet hormone replacement, and serves as a trusted resource for sexual wellness for both men and women. Her approach is rooted in safety, education, and helping clients feel confident, balanced, and restored.

With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, she has been part of Silk & Co since the very beginning. Her passion for nursing is rooted in a desire to change lives, and she quickly found a calling in aesthetics—where artistry, education, and patient empowerment come together. She is committed to creating natural, confidence-building results and ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and cared for.

Alex has been nurse for about 10 years on various acute care units in the hospital. She loves aesthetics and loves the way some of these treatments have made her feel! She decided to take a leap of faith and expand her nursing skills doing something completely different. Ever since, she found a true passion in helping others achieve their aesthetic goals.
